What you will do

• Support the design and execution of international growth strategies across EMEA and APAC to shape long-term priorities.
• Drive annual strategy cadences, including Strategic Planning, Board updates, and Growth Day.
• Conduct market, competitive, and client analysis to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks.
• Define, track, and report on strategic growth objectives and KPIs to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Prepare data-driven materials and narratives for senior leadership and Board-level discussions.
• Provide analytical support for inorganic growth initiatives, including partnerships and M&A opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate strategy, or investment banking.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging broad audiences.
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global matrixed environment.
• Strong interest in international markets and financial services or technology.
