Location: Hybrid. Must be based at least 3 days per week at either the Heidelberg (Germany) or Hinxton (UK) sites.

Salary: Monthly from €4,031 to €4,580 (Germany) or £3,303 to £3,695 (UK) after tax.

What you will do

• Produce high‑quality workforce analytics to support strategic planning and operational decision‑making.
• Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and dashboards.
• Provide actionable insights on workforce trends, talent gaps, engagement, and turnover for leadership.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in compliance with data governance and privacy policies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions for HR and scientific units.
• Support Workday upgrades and new module implementations through validation and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing or working with Workday HCM.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR systems in complex, multi-site environments.
• Proven ability to turn complex data into strategic insights for senior leaders.
• Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of data governance and analytics best practices.
• In-depth understanding of Workday Reporting Functionality, Dashboards, and Security.
• Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days per week in Germany or the UK.

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning.
• Experience leading end-to-end Workday optimizations or implementations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Workday Discovery Boards.
• Knowledge of Workday Studio, EIBs, and Workday Admin Hubs.
