Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 USD

What you will do
- Oversee compensation structures, incentive plans, and retention programs aligned with industry best practices.
- Lead market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Analyze total rewards data to inform decision-making and communicate program effectiveness to leadership.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to optimize benefits administration.
- Provide guidance and training to leadership on total rewards policies and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures, fringe benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience with market benchmarking, data analysis, and equity compensation plans.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. as no sponsorship is offered for this role.
- Advanced proficiency in compensation and benefits software and tools.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in human resources or business administration.
- Professional certification such as CCP or CEBS.
- Familiarity with HRIS and total rewards technology platforms.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
