What you will do

• Ensure healthy, safe, and fully compliant operations, including all environmental standards.
• Deliver data center services as contracted by customers to ensure optimal infrastructure availability.
• Manage site organization, including third-party service providers and project changes.
• Oversee site operations and project budgets, including P&L responsibility.
• Build and maintain partnerships with suppliers, local government, and branch offices.
• Drive continuous improvement in design, delivery, and operational efficiency to reduce costs and improve revenue.

Requirements

• German: Fluent proficiency required
• English: Professional proficiency required
• Qualified engineering or business degree background or equivalent years of experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in managing critical environments, data centers, or smart buildings.
• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced regional and global business environment.
