What you will do

• Own campaign execution across all platforms, including range coordination, NOTAMs, and EASA operational approvals.
• Lead and mentor operational sub-tracks, including Operations Managers, Coordinators, and Field Operations Crews.
• Serve as the primary interface to military authorities, customer program offices, and host-nation agencies.
• Manage logistics, dangerous goods transportation, and crew planning for international deployments.
• Oversee the operational transition between inert-flight, static-fire, and end-to-end live-fire campaign phases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in flight test, military aviation, or aerospace operations.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven responsibility for multi-week field campaigns on military or restricted ranges.
• Business-fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong project management background.

Nice to have

• Former German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) background.
• ADR / IATA DGR certification.
