What you will do

• Manage equipment inventory, van loading, and procurement of consumables to prevent mission delays.
• Set up and dismantle test sites, including safety perimeters, power stations, and support equipment.
• Support engineers and pilots during pre-flight checks, cabling, and battery charging systems management.
• Assist in basic airframe assembly and hardware configuration under technical supervision.
• Operate company vehicles to transport personnel and materials to remote test sites.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and documentation for equipment use and vehicle mileage.

Requirements

• Valid driver's licence (Class B / EU equivalent) is an absolute requirement.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English (both used daily).
• Hands-on, proactive, and resourceful mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills for managing physical inventory and logistics schedules.
• Adaptability and curiosity regarding drone hardware, battery systems, and airspace regulations.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in mechatronics, mechanical or electrical maintenance.
• Background in logistics or aviation ground support.
