Location: Remote (Europe) or Hybrid (The Hague, Netherlands)

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Win new enterprise accounts and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Navigate complex buying processes involving IT, Procurement, and Legal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to engage customers early in the buying cycle.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Marketing to drive deal progression.
- Represent the company globally and travel to meet customers and attend industry events.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-large deals exceeding $500k ARR.
- Fluency in Russian (C1+) is required for serving customers in Central Asia and the CIS region.
- Strong domain knowledge in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Mining, or Petrochemical industries.
- Ability to build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships.
- Willingness to travel internationally (30%+).
