What you will do
- Design and produce high-quality thematic, analytical, and presentation-ready maps in ArcGIS Pro.
- Coordinate cartographic production activities, organize priorities, and ensure deliverables meet project standards.
- Establish and enforce cartographic standards, including symbology libraries, layout templates, and labeling conventions.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control reviews to verify map accuracy, formatting, and visual consistency.
- Collaborate with GIS analysts, engineers, and planners to translate technical data into clear visual products.
- Publish cartographic products via ArcGIS Enterprise and support integration into web-based applications.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Cartography, GIS, or Geomatics.
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in cartographic production or GIS mapping.
- Advanced proficiency in ArcGIS Pro and working knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required for client communication.
- Strong experience managing cartographic templates, symbology, and production workflows.
- Ability to work with multi-format data including CAD, GIS, and remote sensing datasets.
Nice to have
- Experience in transportation or infrastructure projects.
- Experience with ArcGIS Online, Experience Builder, or ArcGIS Dashboards.
