What you will do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and confidence.
- Translate product launches and GTM strategy into playbooks, battlecards, and messaging guides.
- Facilitate training and workshops on consultative selling, objection handling, and product positioning.
- Develop and maintain a centralized content hub for sales resources.
- Analyze enablement effectiveness using time-to-proficiency and team performance metrics.
- Partner with managers to create coaching tools and reinforcement strategies for sales reps.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or Marketing.
- 3β5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or L&D within SaaS/technology organizations.
- Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
- Experience with LMS, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar tools.
- Ability to travel 25%-50%, including overnight travel.
