TL;DR

Sales Enablement Specialist (SaaS): Designing and delivering enablement programs to improve sales workforce readiness and revenue performance with an accent on onboarding, GTM strategy, and skill development. Focus on building structured learning pathways, creating sales playbooks, and implementing coaching feedback loops to accelerate time-to-productivity.

Location: Hybrid (New York City), requires 3 days per week in-office

What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs to accelerate new hire productivity and confidence.
  • Translate product launches and GTM strategy into playbooks, battlecards, and messaging guides.
  • Facilitate training and workshops on consultative selling, objection handling, and product positioning.
  • Develop and maintain a centralized content hub for sales resources.
  • Analyze enablement effectiveness using time-to-proficiency and team performance metrics.
  • Partner with managers to create coaching tools and reinforcement strategies for sales reps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, or Marketing.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or L&D within SaaS/technology organizations.
  • Expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Knowledge of sales frameworks like MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Experience with LMS, Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or similar tools.
  • Ability to travel 25%-50%, including overnight travel.
