What you will do

  • Own marketing performance end-to-end: strategy, planning, execution, and measurable results
  • Drive pipeline generation via targeted inbound and paid media campaigns across Europe, APAC, and North America
  • Lead and support a small marketing team in a player-coach setup, ensuring focus and momentum
  • Design, launch, and optimize marketing programs across LinkedIn and Google Ads and other relevant channels
  • Refine messaging and positioning for the right ICPs across all channels
  • Track and report KPIs (pipeline quality, campaign performance, funnel conversion) and act on data

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in B2B marketing, growth, or demand generation with a proven record of driving pipeline in vertical SaaS
  • Experience managing paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and inbound programs across international markets
  • Strong analytical skills with KPI/OKR frameworks and funnel metrics for data-driven decision-making
  • Comfortable in a player-coach role: lead a small team and stay hands-on with execution
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills in English
  • Based in Europe and able to work fully remotely
