Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid: 3 office days / 2 WFH).

What you will do

• Develop and execute an integrated acquisition roadmap across Paid, SEO, and Affiliate channels.
• Oversee high-scale budgets for paid media channels to ensure top-tier efficiency and ROAS.
• Partner with the SEO team to prioritize high-intent organic traffic and reduce blended CAC.
• Expand the affiliate network by identifying new partners and platforms.
• Map the user journey from first click to final conversion using market intelligence tools.
• Mentor and grow a team of senior specialists with a revenue-first mindset.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading a full-funnel performance marketing team.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and market intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• B2B/SaaS advertising experience.
• Customer Value Management experience (email and CRM marketing).
