What you will do
- Provide technical support for security products, including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
- Partner with customers to diagnose issues and drive timely outcomes through tickets and meetings.
- Identify high-toil tasks and implement agentic and automated processes to improve internal workflows.
- Maintain a high-quality support knowledge base for both human and AI agent consumption.
- Collaborate with Engineering to escalate defects and contribute to incident response.
- Develop documentation patterns and AI guardrails to ensure safe and responsible support automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
- Foundational software development experience in at least one modern programming language.
- Experience troubleshooting technical systems in a customer-facing role.
- Strong skills across web applications, APIs, authentication, and cloud platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting cybersecurity or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and observability tooling.
- Experience with workflow automation or AI/agent-assisted development.
- Knowledge of AWS and containerized systems.
