What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET/C# applications and automation solutions for cloud infrastructure services.
• Translate business and system requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Build automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support service reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools and agents to accelerate debugging and streamline engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis in production environments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redmond, WA.

Nice to have

• Experience building automation solutions rather than solely reporting or dashboard-focused work.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
