What you will do

• Lead development of major projects and participate in cross-team initiatives for HR and Payroll products.
• Provide technical feedback and suggest product improvements based on expertise.
• Maintain deep understanding of team domains from both product and engineering perspectives.
• Contribute to codebase, perform code reviews, debug and solve technical and business issues.
• Mentor engineers and participate in hiring, support rotations, and RFC discussions.
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end to improve delivery speed and reliability.

Requirements

• Location: Fully hirify.global, work from anywhere in the world
• Strong engineering fundamentals with experience shipping secure, reliable, scalable production systems.
• Practical experience designing or adopting automation/agentic workflows and iterating on them.
• Proficiency with Postgres or similar databases and CI/CD tools like GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
• Demonstrated strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency
• Ability to think in systems: define specs, plan, verify, and ensure quality closure.

Nice to have

• Kubernetes, Docker, AWS experience.
• Frontend frameworks: Nextjs, React, Vue, Angular.
