Project Manager (Engineering)

What you will do

• Provide leadership and oversight to project teams throughout the EPC lifecycle.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee procurement activities, including reviewing POs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Identify stakeholders and manage their expectations and concerns throughout the project.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and construction managers to ensure adherence to contract specifications.
• Monitor project progress, define objectives, and implement corrective action plans as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Technology, or 10 years of experience with a PMP/CAPM certification.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in a relevant field.
• Strong familiarity with project management practices, methods, and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be able to work on-site in Pineville or Lafayette, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• General knowledge of high-voltage substations or transmission lines.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera 6 or equivalent.
