What you will do

• Manage and maintain project schedules and data within Epicor.
• Coordinate documentation including RFIs, submittals, and bills of materials.
• Monitor project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with project managers to identify and source missing project information.
• Prepare and manage change orders and drawing change requests.
• Provide field support and attend site visits as required to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in project management support or construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Must be willing to travel nationally (estimated 15–25%).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
