What you will do

• Provide senior leadership, coaching, and mentoring to project team members and project managers.
• Oversee overall project quality, financial performance, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead business development efforts by establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners and clients.
• Partner with sector leadership to develop and implement quality and client satisfaction strategies.
• Act as an escalation resource to resolve project-related conflicts involving owners, architects, and contractors.
• Perform as an Engineer of Record (EOR) where applicable, ensuring high standards of engineering decisions and accountability.

Requirements

• 20 years of relevant experience required, including at least 16 years of cumulative project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, science, technology, or business preferred.
• Demonstrated advanced proficiency in project management standards and building design/construction principles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
• PE license and project management certification are preferred.
