What you will do

• Manage all aspects of assigned EPC projects, including cost, schedule, and scope.
• Lead and supervise a team of project managers, coordinators, and assistants.
• Drive business development activities, including client meetings, presentations, and proposal preparation.
• Ensure high-quality project deliverables and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate project staffing and resource allocation in collaboration with the Director of Project Management.
• Resolve conflicts and disputes to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high-voltage industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an applicable field.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Pineville or Lafayette, Louisiana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical industries.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in the field on active job sites.
