What you will do

• Manage a multi-discipline team of engineers and designers through project lifecycles.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and transparent communication.
• Coordinate site visits for preliminary investigations, bid walks, and field support.
• Establish and monitor project hours and budgets to ensure financial health.
• Review team timesheets and coordinate billing details with the accounting department.
• Participate in marketing events and business development opportunities to secure new projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing all phases of engineering and design projects for commercial clients.
• Must be willing to travel (approximately 10%).
