What you will do

• Oversee market insights, competitive intelligence, and performance reporting to drive business recommendations.
• Develop databases and infrastructure to support forecasting, budgeting, and analytics.
• Manage external vendors and consultants for commercial platforms, market research, and incentive compensation planning.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry.
• At least 5 years of management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred.
• Strong expertise in forecasting, data analytics, and visualization.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and database management.
