Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco (Hybrid)
Compensation: $200,000 – $280,000 (Base Salary + Equity)

What you will do
- Drive pricing strategy improvements including discount thresholds and order form generation.
- Build and maintain GTM systems, including Salesforce architecture and workflow automation.
- Design end-to-end revenue processes from lead routing to forecasting cadences.
- Develop enablement frameworks, playbooks, and training for sales teams.
- Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline health and revenue forecasts.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve win rates and deal velocity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at a high-growth B2B tech company.
- Background or strong interest in developer tools, API platforms, or AI infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive narratives.
- Builder mindset with experience creating durable processes from scratch in zero-to-one environments.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.
