Salary: $105,000–$184,000 Annually

What you will do

• Manage the complete development process, including site approvals and store openings.
• Partner with franchisees through market visits and business reviews to ensure policy adherence.

• Coordinate with construction, design, and operations teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track and report development pipeline progress through regional team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Regional experience in Latin America, including direct experience in South America.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, GIS, and Oracle database systems.
