Compensation: $145,000–$211,000 per year (base, bonus, and incentives).

What you will do

• Build and execute recruitment plans to attract and retain high-quality financial advisor talent.
• Coach and mentor new financial advisors on the hirify.global Financial Advice Process and business planning.
• Collaborate with matrix partners to support advisor growth and market capacity objectives.
• Monitor market performance, manage budgets, and ensure a culture of excellence.
• Conduct joint field work to observe, provide feedback, and assist with case consultations.
• Strengthen local community relationships and brand presence to expand the client base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a track record of recruiting and developing talent.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required for the LA market.
• FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• State insurance licenses for life, health, and variable lines (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and conduct business during evening hours.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for business use.
