TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York or Santa Monica (Hybrid: 3+ days in office)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 + bonus

What you will do

  • Hold full P&L ownership for the Americas portfolio, delivering revenue, margin, and profit targets.
  • Drive double-digit year-over-year growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and commercial innovation.
  • Define and execute the strategic vision for the Cyber portfolio in the Americas, aligning with global objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Event Directors and the VP of Sales to maximize market penetration.
  • Cultivate high-level relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Oversee operational excellence and flawless event delivery in collaboration with the Head of Operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior P&L ownership experience in commercial leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent double-digit growth in competitive B2B markets.
  • Experience in events, media, or B2B hirify.globaltion services (cybersecurity domain knowledge highly valued).
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the New York or Santa Monica offices.
