What you will do

• Support Yondr and supply chain partners in ensuring work is completed successfully in accordance with HSE principles.
• Provide assurance through regular site inspections, field visits, and spot checks.
• Oversee incident investigations and proactive learning, distributing lessons learned globally.
• Monitor site compliance with health, safety, and environmental legal requirements.
• Coach general contractors and vendors in innovating new ways to improve HSE performance.
• Facilitate site orientations and ensure safety compliance for all personnel and guests onsite.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HSE management experience at an active construction site.
• Experience in the data center construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE or equivalent experience.
• Completed OSHA 30hr construction training.
• Detailed knowledge of HSE regulatory requirements for construction sites.
• Experience implementing NFPA 70e electrical safety standards and overseeing crane activities.

Nice to have

• Certification as a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent.
• Experience working as an owner’s representative or for a general contractor.
• Experience supervising HSE personnel.
• Graduate degree in HSE or a related field.
