What you will do

• Operate and maintain critical infrastructure including electrical distribution gear, UPS units, generators, and cooling systems.
• Perform routine inspections, operational readings, and predictive/preventative maintenance routines.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and troubleshoot facility events in real-time.
• Manage maintenance records and track work within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair activities and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation, ensuring adherence to Federal, State, and Local laws.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in critical infrastructure facilities such as data centers, nuclear, semi-conductor, or pharmaceutical plants.
• Technical training from Military/Trade School, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical/electrical trades.
• Hands-on experience with UPS, switchgear, AHUs, chillers, and Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Availability to participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support.
• Relevant certifications such as OSHA-10/30, NFPA 70E, or electrical/mechanical Journeyman licenses.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 49 lbs and working at heights or depths.
