What you will do
- Develop and execute email retention strategies to boost engagement and repeat purchases.
- Build and optimize automated email flows including welcome, onboarding, and win-back journeys.
- Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on customer behavior.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics like open rates, conversion, and churn.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve content, timing, and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to deliver client campaigns.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing automated email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills for an agency environment.
