What you will do

  • Oversee daily operations across core UK locations, with primary responsibility for the London Shoreditch office.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and coordinate communications between staff, suppliers, and clients.
  • Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, catering, and manage the inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintain detailed records of spending, overheads, and anticipated costs for office spaces.
  • Assist with administrative projects, including the setup, furnishing, and research for new office locations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Workplace Manager, Office Manager, or in a relevant administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (particularly Google Sheets) or Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and think independently as a self-starter.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, fast-growth tech start-up environment.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages such as Greek, German, Croatian, or Spanish.
