What you will do

  • Own local workplace projects for office openings, fit-outs, moves, expansions, and improvements aligned with global workplace standards.
  • Oversee workplace service ecosystem: facilities, maintenance, cleaning, reception, catering, logistics, access control, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure reliable Hard FM and hospitality-led Soft FM operations, coordinating office infrastructure needs with IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Drive safety, security, and compliance through physical security, access control, incident management, and operational readiness.
  • Set the standard for colleague and visitor experience, including internal events planning and workplace engagement improvements.
  • Lead and develop the workplace service model/team, manage the UK workplace budget, track KPIs, and deliver operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in workplace operations, facilities management, office management, hospitality-led workplace services, or similar environments.
  • Proven experience managing workplace operations in large offices or across multiple locations.
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and complex workplace operations.
  • Solid knowledge of Hard FM, Soft FM, workplace services, events, and security operations.
  • Experience with vendor/contract management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in hospitality-driven premium corporate/service environments.
  • Experience supporting office growth, flagship openings, or workplace transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in tech and/or hypergrowth companies.
  • Familiarity with facility management systems, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in facility management, hospitality management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
