What you will do

• Supervise and develop a team of Proposal Managers and Estimators.
• Coordinate proposal and estimating activities to ensure schedules and customer expectations are met.
• Develop and implement competitive bid strategies based on the company portfolio.
• Review technical and commercial aspects of proposals, including scope, pricing, and design optimizations.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and partners to support bidding efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or 8–10 years of equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of management experience in proposal or estimating roles.
• Knowledge of EPC projects involving high-voltage substations, switchyards, and transmission lines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to travel overnight to active pre-bid and proposed bid sites.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
