SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Performance & Goals)

Location: Hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania or Belgrade, Serbia; home-office percentage negotiable; up to 5% travel

What you will do

• Support the technical and functional operation of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud, primarily Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
• Maintain seamless end-to-end HR processes for a business operating in more than 20 countries.
• Contribute to software solution delivery, implementation activities, testing, and technical documentation.
• Align concepts with consultants and key users and provide key-user training and user support.
• Coordinate with external IT providers during development, enhancements, and support activities.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Human Capital Management processes and SAP SuccessFactors Cloud or On-Prem configuration, especially Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service management processes.
• Analytical, structured, proactive, and self-directed approach to problem-solving and learning.
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Employee Central, Compensation, Story Reporting, Learning Management Systems, or Recruiting.
