SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (SAP SuccessFactors Cloud): Own the day-to-day health of an integrated SAP SuccessFactors landscape, with an accent on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development across a business operating in 20+ countries. Focus on configuring and supporting HCM processes, coordinating implementations and enhancements, and ensuring seamless end-to-end operations through testing, documentation, and key-user training.

What you will do
- Support technical and functional operations of SAP SuccessFactors Cloud with a dominant focus on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end processes across the business in 20+ countries.
- Contribute to delivery of solutions: align concepts with consultants and key-users, maintain technical documentation, and manage/perform implementations in the area of responsibility.
- Participate in testing and provide user support and key-user training.
- Coordinate with external IT providers during development, enhancements, and support activities.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Cloud (or On-Prem) with a dominant focus on Performance & Goals and Succession & Development.
- Strong HCM process knowledge; experience with Employee Central, Compensation, Story Reporting (Reporting Analytics), Learning Management Systems, and/or Recruiting is an asset.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles and IT service processes (ITSM).
- English: fluent written and verbal communication.
