Senior Workday Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Dublin, Warsaw, Bucharest, Barcelona, Madrid, Reading, Gdansk, Swansea, or Livingston

What you will do

• Investigate business needs and HR processes, translating requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Provide cross-module functional leadership for BAU support, enhancements, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, HRSS, COEs, IT, technical teams, integration teams, and implementation partners.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, ad hoc testing, and production verification.
• Manage multiple operational support, enhancement, and project workstreams while improving workflows and reducing manual effort.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Experience leading functional analysis across BAU support, enhancements, and small-to-medium change delivery.
• Experience with testing, UAT coordination, post-implementation support, and change governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
