TL;DR
Salesforce Developer (Salesforce/Apex): Designing, building, and improving Salesforce CRM solutions and integrations with an accent on Apex, Lightning Web Components, declarative capabilities, and scalable architecture. Focus on translating business requirements into maintainable solutions, troubleshooting root causes, and choosing effectively between custom code and Salesforce automation.
Location: Hybrid work environment in Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and other Salesforce tools.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions with the CRM Manager.
- Improve existing functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Service, Marketing, Data, and other teams to integrate Salesforce into the wider ecosystem.
- Contribute to development practices, code quality, and the long-term maintainability of the Salesforce environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative capabilities.
- Understanding of the Salesforce data model, platform architecture, and development best practices.
- Experience with SOQL and REST APIs, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Fluent English and availability for a hybrid role in Belgrade, Serbia.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce Partner Communities.
- Experience with Git, Salesforce DX, and CI/CD practices.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
