Senior Workday Analyst (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Dublin, Warsaw, Bucharest, Barcelona, Madrid, Reading, Gdansk, Swansea, or Livingston

What you will do

• Investigate business needs, HR processes, and system opportunities, translating requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday solutions across HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Provide functional leadership for BAU support, enhancements, issue resolution, release readiness, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR, HRSS, COEs, IT, integration teams, external partners, and implementation specialists to align solutions and priorities.
• Coordinate user acceptance, ad hoc, and production verification testing while maintaining robust test coverage.
• Improve workflows, reduce manual effort, troubleshoot downstream impacts, and manage multiple operational and project workstreams.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on Workday configuration experience in HCM and Recruiting/Onboarding.
• Experience leading functional analysis across BAU support, enhancements, and small-to-medium change delivery.
• Experience with testing, UAT coordination, post-implementation support, and change governance.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a global environment with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups.
