TL;DR
Lead Software Developer (.NET): Developing large-scale cloud-based ERP and CRM applications with an accent on data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers. Focus on designing robust and scalable business solutions, optimizing complex SQL queries, and providing technical guidance to the development network.
Location: Belgrade, Serbia. Open to work from home, hybrid, or fully onsite working model from the office in Belgrade.

What you will do
- Participate in the design and development of business applications and customizations.
- Develop data access layers, business objects, and presentation layers.
- Research and prototype ERP modules using new technologies.
- Perform code optimization, refactoring, and error correction in existing functionality.
- Collaborate with development partners on architecture and code reviews.
- Provide guidance to developers and evangelize the xRP framework.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building commercial business applications using .NET, C#, and MS SQL.
- Strong proficiency in C# and experience profiling and optimizing complex queries.
- Deep knowledge of software design principles, patterns, and complex system architecture.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Exposure to complex business solutions such as ERP, Financial, Supply Chain, or CRM software.
- Fluent English proficiency.
