What you will do

  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate demand.
  • Identify and research target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to secure meetings for the sales and product teams.
  • Craft and refine outreach messaging based on real-time market feedback.
  • Track activity in CRM tools to build repeatable outreach processes.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product positioning and adoption.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Relentless prospecting mindset with comfort in cold outreach and handling rejection.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • Highly organized with a bias toward action and experimentation.
