TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Reston, VA (3 days/week)

What you will do
- Execute cold outreach and develop target prospect lists to generate qualified leads.
- Manage a sales pipeline and ensure accurate data tracking within Salesforce for forecasting.
- Coordinate with the Account Executive team to set meetings and create qualified opportunities.
- Utilize a comprehensive tech stack including HubSpot, 6Sense, and ZoomInfo to enhance prospecting.
- Implement AI and automation tools to identify repeatable use cases and improve output quality.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in B2B inside sales or business development (recent graduates welcome).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Reston, VA.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Confident, clear, and succinct written and verbal communication style.
- Prior experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io preferred.
