TL;DR
Founding BDR (AI Video): Building the outbound sales motion from scratch for an AI-powered personalized video platform with an accent on LinkedIn prospecting, cold calling, and AI-driven outreach. Focus on establishing the initial sales playbook and generating a qualified B2B pipeline directly with the founding team.
Location: Fully remote within the United States
Compensation: $75K – $95K OTE

What you will do
- Own 100% of outbound prospecting via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Book qualified meetings and build the pipeline as one of the first BDRs.
- Partner with the founding team to shape and execute the outbound sales strategy.
- Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and scale output without losing quality.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a 100% outbound BDR or SDR role.
- Experience working at an early-stage startup (Seed – Series B).
- Demonstrated expertise using LinkedIn as a primary prospecting channel.
- Active integration of AI tools into the daily sales process.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Ability to operate autonomously in a lean environment without hand-holding.
- Proven track record of meeting quotas with verifiable numbers (dials, meetings).
