TL;DR

Chief Commercial Officer: Own every revenue stream across hirify.global’s two business units and scale the company from current ARR through the 10M → 30M+ range with an accent on building the Commercial operating system and scaling partner-driven growth. Focus on driving NRR above 100%, negotiating and standardizing affiliate/CPA commercial structures, and implementing RevOps infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, attribution, reporting) that leadership can rely on.

Location: Remote (working day starts at 11am CET; 4+ hours overlap with CET)

Salary: $10,000–$15,000 / month gross

hirify.global is a fully remote platform for discovering, comparing, and selecting proprietary trading firms.

What you will do

  • Own top prop firm partner relationships and run a 90-day key firm turnaround to drive immediate revenue uplift.
  • Scale the revenue engine across both business units by expanding affiliate and CPA programs and standardizing commercial terms.
  • Drive retention, expansion, and Net Revenue Retention above 100% by running quarterly commercial reviews and improving renewal terms.
  • Build the Commercial operating system: forecasting, scorecards, reporting, deal qualification, commercial gating, and dispute escalation SOPs.
  • Implement RevOps infrastructure (CRM, forecasting, attribution, reporting) and lead proactive anomaly detection with Analytics.
  • Build and lead the Commercial team (Head of Firms, Head of Vendors, SAMs, VPMs, Account Coordinators) over the first 6 months.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive commercial leadership (CRO, VP Commercial, or Head of Revenue) in a high-growth company.
  • Built and led commercial teams of 10–25 across new business, account management, and BDR/partnerships functions.
  • Strong RevOps experience: CRM, pipeline reporting, weighted forecasting, and attribution modelling.
  • Builder mindset: created SOPs, playbooks, scorecards, and commercial operating cadences from scratch.
  • Proven track record driving NRR above 100% and scaling a commercial engine through a 10M → 30M+ ARR window.
  • Excellent async written communication; remote-first leadership experience.
