What you will do
- Own client leadership for paid search, serving as the primary point of contact and driving full-funnel search strategy.
- Oversee day-to-day campaign execution and ongoing optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and emerging display platforms.
- Manage budgets, monitor pacing daily/weekly, and adjust spend to meet performance targets.
- Lead measurement and reporting cadence, turning GA4/platform/CRM data into clear, actionable insights tied to business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-channel with paid social, SEO, and programmatic teams to support integrated media planning and holistic performance.
Requirements
- Location: Remote (United States)
- 5+ years of paid search experience with strong fluency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple accounts.
- Deep understanding of search tactics including keyword strategy, bidding, and automation.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Experience owning client relationships and communicating performance clearly.
Nice to have
- GA4 and/or CRM integrations experience.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications.
- Experience with third-party attribution/measurement tools (e.g., Fospha, Northbeam, Triple Whale, Haus).
- Experience with offline conversion tracking and/or eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Experience with Funnel and data automations and proficiency in Excel.
