What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day operations for designated paid search accounts, ensuring ongoing optimisation and identifying tactical and strategic opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to translate campaign strategies into actionable delivery plans.
  • Own client/team deliverables such as performance commentary and weekly reporting, and coach junior team members to deliver effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and key suppliers as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead junior team members through delegation, motivation, coaching, and development while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Improve operational efficiency by using available technology, streamlining processes, resolving issues, and contributing to revenue/service opportunities.

Requirements

  • Extensive expertise in search campaign setup, management, optimisation, and reporting across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (ideally Search Ads 360).
  • Strong understanding of paid search and digital marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Proven ability to lead continuous innovation and test-and-learn opportunities for clients and teams.
  • Exceptional account management and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others and maintain a positive team climate.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and countries.
  • UK right to work required for this UK-based role.
