What you will do

• Build, launch, and maintain Paid Search and Shopping campaigns aligned with client objectives.
• Operate platform tooling including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Skai.
• Interpret Bliss Point signals to inform day-to-day optimizations and log feedback.
• Monitor performance, build recurring reports, and execute A/B tests with defined success criteria.
• Partner with Analytics to validate tagging and resolve performance anomalies.
• Manage work queues, document learnings, and refine team playbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience executing and managing Paid Search/Shopping campaigns with monthly budgets of ~$50K+.
• Platform fluency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center, and SA360 or Skai.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets and experience with GA/GA4.
• Must be based in Mexico City and comfortable with a hybrid schedule (2 days/week in Reforma office).
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client status updates.
• Google Search & Shopping certifications (or ability to complete within 60 days).

• Familiarity with competitive tools like Adalysis, Adthena, or SpyFu.
