What you will do

• Plan and execute program initiatives aligned with organizational R&D objectives.
• Coordinate with local and international stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage R&D equipment procurement and tracking in partnership with Operations and Engineering.
• Oversee and schedule the CI/CD software delivery process across engineering teams.
• Build communication cadences to drive progress, decision-making, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and maintain internal automation tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project or program management experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects in complex technical settings.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Understanding of storage and networking protocols.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools for planning and documentation.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing cross-functional programs from EVT through mass production.
• Ability to create and present formal documentation and templates.
