What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of initiatives spanning AI, Platform, Data, and Product.
• Lead quarterly planning, translating priorities into clear actionable plans and milestones.
• Manage program budgets and track financial planning for assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies to prevent blockers.
• Optimize Jira structure, sprint hygiene, and estimation practices across initiatives.
• Provide high-visibility reporting and honest execution updates to engineering leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical program or project management within a product-led engineering organization.
• Direct experience managing algorithms and AI projects.
• Proven track record of owning multiple concurrent initiatives, including large cross-team programs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), distributed systems, and data pipelines.
• Experience with hardware-adjacent or embedded systems projects.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
