Project Engineer (Infrastructure)

Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom; regular travel to project sites is required.

What you will do

• Support the planning, design, execution, and technical oversight of infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections covering safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, contractors, and stakeholders while supporting tendering and procurement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar infrastructure role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards, with the ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Approved CRE status or willingness to work towards obtaining it.
