What you will do

• Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support project execution.
• Prepare schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.
• Conduct site inspections, manage labour, materials, and equipment, and prepare progress reports and site documentation.
• Support cost estimates, budget control, and contract variations.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure accurate setting out and surveying for construction elements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, engineering principles, and health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with surveying equipment and construction software such as AutoCAD.
• Strong project management, organizational, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
