What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Bury St Edmunds and South Norfolk offices.
- Welcome visitors, answer calls, and manage emails, correspondence, post, records, databases, and filing systems.
- Support care delivery by maintaining systems, collecting activity logs, recording information accurately, and making appropriate referrals to health professionals and relevant services.
- Coordinate annual leave, holidays, on-call rotas, and handovers for office staff and Care Professionals.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, pre-employment checks, engagement, and retention activities.
- Support invoicing, payroll administration, office supplies, IT initiatives, and business improvement projects.
Requirements
- Experience working in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Accuracy and attention to detail when handling records, payroll, and invoicing.
- Professional verbal and written communication, customer focus, initiative, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of an appropriate Criminal Records check is required.
