What you will do

• Act as the global authority for Controls, BMS, and EPMS systems, ensuring consistent application of standards across all regions.
• Develop and own global BMS/Controls reference designs, Basis of Design strategies, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with and manage consulting partners to produce regional and global standards.
• Oversee live projects through detailed design and sign-off for BMS, integration, and OT/IT networks.
• Define integration strategies across BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and fire/life safety interfaces.
• Support data strategies for energy optimization, fault detection, and AI-driven analytics.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Expert knowledge of BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and OT/IT network integration in mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience in data center controls systems, including field devices, instrumentation, and protocols like BACnet and Modbus.
• In-depth understanding of commissioning processes from FWT to IST/RFS.
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
• Professional accreditation such as Chartered Engineer or Uptime Institute certification is preferred.
