What you will do

• Ensure 100% building uptime while maintaining strict health, safety, and financial compliance.
• Oversee the full lifecycle management of all electrical assets on-site.
• Coordinate maintenance programs and collaborate with mechanical and facility management teams.
• Write technical specifications, reports, and approve operational procedures for emergency and normal operations.
• Represent ownership during factory acceptance tests and site commissioning activities.
• Act as project owner for infrastructure improvements and root cause analysis after incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• 8-10+ years of relevant experience in electrical design or installation.
• Strong knowledge of standard practices in the design, construction, and commissioning of critical equipment.
• Proven experience in managing critical environments, data centers, or smart buildings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to provide emergency cover as required.

• Authorising Engineer qualification.
