What you will do

• Oversee and delegate engineering responsibilities for a team of Civil Engineers and Technicians.
• Lead design and checking processes to ensure compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Manage day-to-day project schedules and design activities.
• Train, mentor, and supervise team members, including hiring and performance management.
• Provide technical guidance to construction managers, field staff, and customers.
• Travel periodically to customer offices and active construction sites for project meetings and inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to travel overnight to construction sites for one to two weeks at a time.
